Thanks for sharing. Definitely brightened this dentist’s busy day. I’ve told a lot of my younger patients to use the “time out sign” (you know like a football ref making a “T” with his hands) when they need a break. Some patients just need a little extra time and compassion to have a comfortable dental visit.
I love the “there are no atheists in a dentist chair” remark. Very great tips about how to have “bedside manner” … or is it chair side manner?
Having been in may may dental chairs in my life, I wish I had known these when they were poking and prodding around my mouth! Most of those in the first sets make sense but, its still good to know that dentists will know what they mean instead of guessing.
And the second set are pretty funny too!
